At Hi-Street, we want you to love your style. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your Hi-Street account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
